Invitation to Tender

Podium Garden at HKIA Tower (Contract No. E3003)

The Airport Authority (the “Authority”) requires a contractor capable of constructing podium garden at HKIA Tower (“the Works”). The Works comprises construction of podium garden and associated alteration and addition works at G/F and LG of HKIA Tower.

The Authority hereby invites tenders from organisations with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and CAPABILITY to manage and construct the Works. Suitable contractors will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience and capability in undertaking projects of similar nature and complexity in an operating environment.

Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should forward their name and address, together with the name, position and fax number of their contact person to Mr. Tommy Leung, Executive Director, Engineering & Technical Services by e-mail to CWDTENDER@hkairport.com.

The Authority will advise applicants in writing about the detailed arrangement for collecting the tender documents.

The deadline for completing and delivering the Tender Submission to the Authority’s Tender Box at the lower ground floor lobby of HKIA Tower will be on 11 May 2026 at 14:30 (Hong Kong time).

All costs associated with any submission in response to this notice shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicant.

The procurement of the Works is covered by the Revised Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organisation.
